Do you charge setup fees?

No. This is not to say that it doesn’t cost us money, it does. However we believe in investing in our new relationship with you and do this out of our own pocket.

What type of websites do you support?

We are dedicated to supporting WordPress sites. We know it really well and thought it’s better to stick to what we know.

Can you support my website if it’s not hosted with you?

Yes we can. However you will lose out on the benefits of our fast and highly optimised UK hosting designed for WordPress and also SSL Certificates. In addition to this, when your website is hosted with us, we can fix it faster should anything happen.

What happens if I need more time than my plan allows? 

You can purchase extra hours at a discount rate of £30  per hour.

Is this an automated service, where you don’t do anything?

No. It takes us time to update WordPress Core, your Theme and Plugins. After this we often need to test your website to make sure it’s working and performing well. Whenever we get an alert that your website is down or not performing well or there is a malware, virus or hacker activity we check it and do the necessary work and updates. So there’s a lot we do and you get for your money.

How do you know you are any good?

We are not a jack of all trades we specialise and put all our effort in WordPress support, meaning that you will get expert WordPress support. Moreover, we do not tie you into long contracts, so try us, there is so much to gain!

How long is the contract?

What can support time be used for?

Support time can be used to add, edit and delete pages, posts and blogs. It can also be used to develop new features, fix bugs and issues or to something you would like us to do to your website.

Can you fix my issues before I take out a support plan?

Yes, we can fix your issues and then discuss setting up a support plan for you.

Do you need to access the Admin area on my website?

Yes, we need access so that we can install tools to monitor your site and make changes and fixes. We use a secure Password Manager to store or Clients usernames and passwords so that they are safe and secure.

I have multiple websites, can you do a deal? 

Yes of course, everyone loves a deal, contact us and we can discuss your requirements further.

How do you take payments?

We use Direct Debit. Our Direct Debits are handled by a company called GoCardless which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).Their registered number is: 597190. They securely store your bank details.
