What can my support time be used for?
Your support time per plan is used to update WordPress Core system, Theme and Plugin. It’s can also be used to add, edit and delete pages, posts, menu items, fix broken links, fix images, development time to fix specific issues and things like these.
Can you fix my issues before i take out a support plan?
Yes, we can fix your issues and then discuss setting up a support plan for you.
What happens if you need more time than my plan allows?
You can simply top up your time at £49 per hour.
Do you need to access the Admin area on my site?
Yes, we need access so that we can install tools to monitor your site and make changes and fixes. We use a secure Password Manager to store or Clients usernames and passwords so that they are safe and secure.
How do you know you are any good?
We are not a jack of all trades we specialise and put our effort in WordPress support, meaning that you will get expert WordPress support. We are not distracted by projects or our time being shared out with other things, we focus on one thing, supporting your site! Moreover we do not tie you into long contracts, so try us, there is not much to loose and so much to gain.
What type of sites do you support?
We are dedicated to supporting WordPress sites (however we can always review your site and see what we can do). We know it really well and know that we can give you a fantastic service.
Do you charge setup fees?
No. This is not to say that it doesn’t cost us money, it does. However we believe in investing in our new relationship with you and do this out of our own pocket.
How long is the contract?

I have multiple sites, can you do a deal?

How do you take payments?
We use Direct Debits or you can transfer to our bank account or pay an invoice. Our Direct Debits are handled by a company called GoCardless which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
